Breakfast scramble

Makes 2 servings


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup olives chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 oz cream cheese


Heat pan on medium heat and add olive oil and minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute then add onion and bell pepper and olives and cook until soft then add the eggs and stir frequently until eggs are firm then stir in the cream cheese and enjoy!

This is a great breakfast recipe. It’s super easy and fast to make. The taste is amazing and it’s incredibly filling!
