Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2lb corvina filet
- Mixed vegetables- frozen
- Seafood seasoning
Instructions:
Add seasoned fish to a lined baking sheet. Leave half of the sheet empty- this will be filled with vegetables later. Broil on high for 10 minutes then add the frozen vegetables and broil for 10 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!

This is a simple healthy dinner that’s great if your in a hurry or if you just want something nice without much work. The flavor of the fish is wonderful and pairs well with any vegetables. I used a stir fry blend.
