Steak and veggies stir fry

Makes 4 servings


  • 1 lb steak thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 12 oz green beans
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 green onions
  • 3 portobello caps
  • 1 tsp liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Chop all vegetables into bite sized pieces. In a wok over medium heat add olive oil then the remaining ingredients and stir fry until the meat is cooked through then serve and enjoy!

My notes on this recipe:

This was a gluten free lunch for the family this weekend. It was a last minute stop at the store on the way home from the park idea and it turned out beautifully. The flavor wasn’t over the top, it was just enough to highlight the vegetables. I really enjoyed the mushrooms in this. So yummy.
