Broccoli & Tofu Stir fry

  • 1 box extra firm tofu
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp liquid aminos


Place all ingredients in a wok over medium heat. Stir until cooked through (about 10 minutes)

This is a delicious vegan recipe! The liquid aminos give it a nice salty flavor without any of the guilt of ordering out!
