Biscuits and gravy


  • 1 package of biscuit dough
  • 1 package of breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp flour


Bake biscuits per package. Meanwhile, in a large skillet on high heat add sausage and brown like you would hamburger meat, once fully cooked add flour and cook for 1 more minute as the flour soaks up all the fat from the sausage then pour in the milk and reduce heat and stir until thickened. Once the biscuits are done remove from the oven then place on a plate or large bowl and top with about 1/2 cup of gravy per biscuit.
