- 1 package of gnocchi
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tsp olive oil or butter
- 2 cups precooked chicken breasts sliced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp flour
Cook gnocchi as per packaging. Meanwhile in a large skillet over medium-high heat add olive oil and chopped zucchini and sauté until semi soft then sprinkle the flour over the zucchini and let that soak up the oil and cook for about a minute then add the milk and reduce the heat and stir until thickened then add in the Parmesan. Drain and add the gnocchi. Add the chopped chicken, Stir well and enjoy!
