Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 2 eggs
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2- 1″ ginger
- Small bunch green onions
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 bag chopped cabbage
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions:
Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat then add minced garlic cloves and diced onion to the skillet. Grate carrots and add carrots and cabbage to the skillet then add the broth and sauté until the vegetables are soft. Next drain off any excess fluid and then create a well in the middle of the cabbage and add the two eggs to the well and scramble among the cabbage mixture then season with salt and pepper to taste and top with green onions before serving and enjoy!

This is a very easy to make recipe with great results. You could easily add any Asian flavors you are fond of and make it more sweet or spicy as well. Lots of options here.
