DIY fruit & Jello cups

Fruit and Jello Cups

Ingredients:

  • 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
  • 2 cup juicy juice or preferred juice
  • 4 tbsp of gelatin

Instructions:

Pour crushed pineapple into a medium pot and add juice and gelatin. Stir and wait a couple of minutes while the gelatin blooms then turn on the heat and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Divide into cups and refrigerate for at least two hours. Enjoy!

These are wonderful! You could do any fruit and juice combinations you want! The possibilities are endless! These are perfect for the on the go snack, for school lunches or just to have on hand for hungry kids! We love them!
