Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 bags of frozen broccoli
- 4 cod filets
- Seafood seasoning (sprinkle)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Place broccoli on the pan and then place the cod on top of the broccoli. Add 1/4 of the butter to each of the cod filets and sprinkle with seasoning. Add 1 tbsp of lemon onto each cod filet then broil for 15 minutes.

I love sheet pan dinners. They are super simple. This one is healthy, high protein and absolutely delicious.
