Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna
- 8 eggs whisked
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Heat oven at 375. In an oven safe dish or cast iron pan coat with olive oil. Flake tuna and add to a bowl. Whisk eggs and add to tuna. Crumble feta and add to tuna and egg mixture then pour into baking dish. Bake for 25 or until eggs are set in the middle.
