Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 12 taco shells
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup mixed lettuce
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions:
Heat refried beans over medium for 5 minutes or until hot. Meanwhile heat pinto beans over medium heat and add the taco seasoning. Heat the taco shells in the oven to prevent cracking before assembling the tacos. To assemble spread refried beans along the bottom on the shell then add the pinto bean mixture then mixed lettuce then cheese. Serve and enjoy!
