Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken cutlets
- 24 baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Vegetable oil for pan
- Water for boiling
Instructions:
Slice the cutlets into 1″ pieces. In a large ziplock bag add the flour and seasonings then add the chicken and seal and shake until coated evenly.
In a large pot boil the potatoes.
Meanwhile, start to fry the chicken nuggets over medium heat. About 5 minutes per side then transfer to a plate with a paper towel on it to collect excess oil.
The potatoes should be cooked through by the time you are done with the chicken. You can check this with a fork before serving.

This is a super fun recipe to make with kids. It’s easy and what kid doesn’t enjoy chicken nuggets. You can serve with your favorite sauce or even just ketchup is great!
