Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb London broil thinly sliced
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
- 2 cups snap peas
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 head of broccoli chopped
- 1 tsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toss meat with arrowroot powder until coated completely. Then add all the ingredients to the wok. Stir fry until desired doneness. Serve and enjoy!

You can go a little bit heavier on the ginger if you want more of a kick. I used limited amounts because of the children in the house. The flavor is amazing and it’s a hit for the whole family!
