- 1 large head of romaine lettuce
- 12 oz chicken cutlets
- 4 tbsp Cesar Salad dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
Fry chicken over medium heat for 5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and shred. Chop and divide romaine lettuce into 4 bowls and add equal amounts of all the other ingredients into each bowl. Serve and enjoy!
