Ingredients:
- 2 green bell pepper
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 cup banana peppers
- 1 lb roast beef
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
In a large sauce pan heat the olive oil on medium high. Sauté sliced bell peppers, mushrooms and banana peppers until soft then add sliced roast beef and cook for 1 more minute. Top with cheese and remove from heat. Slice hoagie rolls and add 1 tbsp mayo per rolls. Add cheesesteak mixture to rolls and enjoy!

This is a twist on a classic but it’s my favorite! The banana peppers add a lot of flavor and it’s just amazing! This is a great lunch or dinner dinner recipe and it’s incredibly filling and easy to make.
