Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lb lamb shoulder
- 1 tbsp Texas bbq seasoning(or your favorite)
- 3 cups chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Boil carrots in a medium pot- drain when soft and add honey and lemon juice. Stir and simmer.
Season and grill lamb over medium heat for 7 minutes per side.
Serve and enjoy!

While this recipe is high of the fat side- it is also delicious. The carrots and sweetened gently from the honey and Lamb seems to always turn out well as long as you stick to the clock!
