Honey Ginger Oatmeal

Makes 1 serving

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Place all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil then lower the heat to medium Stir frequently until the oatmeal has thickened. Serve and enjoy!

My notes on this recipe:

This is a really great recipe! I think it would be great with a splash of orange juice or with a bit of cream! It’s good all on its own too!
