Salsa Scrambled Eggs

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Instructions:

In a small non-stick frying pan over medium high heat add eggs and stir continuously until eggs are cooked. Serve and top with salsa.

My notes on this recipe:

This is a great breakfast recipe. Great with toast or in a tortilla. The salsa pairs really well with the eggs. This is perfect when you want something with a kick but are in a rush.
