Ingredients:
1 minced garlic clove
5 cups spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add garlic and olive oil. Sauté for about a minute then add spinach one cup at a time allowing it to wilt. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then serve!
