Peachy chicken and rice

Makes 4 servings

2 chicken breasts sliced

2 cup mixed frozen fruit (peachy & pear pictured)

1 cup rice

2 cups water


Cook rice as instructed on packaging.

Sliced chicken breast into 1″ strips and place on a lined baking sheet. Broil for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and top with frozen fruit then broil for 5 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
