Tuna cheese salad with toast

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 can tuna

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1 slice bread (toasted)

1 tbsp mustard

1 dill spear chopped

Instructions:

Mix tuna, cottage cheese, mustard and chopped pickle and enjoy with toast.

My notes on this recipe: This is one that doesn’t look overly appealing but you really can’t beat it when you want something high protein. Simple and fast!
