Scallion scramble

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 scallion (thinly sliced)

1 slice of bread (toasted)

1 tbsp cream cheese

Instructions:

Scramble the eggs then place into a bowl and mix in cream cheese and thinly sliced scallions. Place mixture on toast and enjoy!
