Deviled scramble with toast

Makes 1 serving


Carb:18.7 fat:17.5 protein:17.6


2 eggs

1 tbsp mayo

1 tsp mustard

Dash of paprika


In a pan over medium high heat scramble the eggs. In a bowl add the eggs mayo and mustard and mix until there is an even coat. Place the egg mixture on a piece of toast and then dust with paprika and enjoy!

My notes on this recipe: This is just like eating a deviled egg but way faster! Great breakfast for when your in a hurry.
