Turkey cutlets with green beans

This recipe makes 4 servings


Carbs:5.8 fat:1.4 protein:71.5


2lb turkey cutlets

1 1/2 cup green beans

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp Herbs de Provence

Dash salt and pepper


Lay turkey cutlets on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with herbs de Provence. Broil for 10 minutes. Meanwhile add green beans to a skillet with 1/2 cup of water and salt and pepper. Sauté on high until all the water has evaporated. Serve and enjoy!

My notes on this recipe: super fast dinner and the beans are amazing cooked like this! High protein and low carb.
