Raspberry Turkey sandwich with pineapple cottage cheese

This recipe makes 1 serving

2 slices bread

2 oz sliced turkey meat

2 tbsp cream cheese

1/4 cup thawed frozen raspberries

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup chopped pineapple


Spread cream cheese on the bread, add the thawed raspberries then turkey meat. In a bowl add the cottage cheese and top with pineapple. Enjoy!

My notes on this recipe: This is a simple but incredibly filling meal. The raspberries really make this pop!
