Ingredients:
2lb cod filet
1 can navy beans
1 can diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: place cod on lined baking sheet. Drain and rinse beans mix with tomato and scatter over the fish. Broil for 10-15 minutes or longer depending on the thickness of the filet. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
