Strawberry Ginger splash

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 thumb size portion of ginger

4 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

1/2 cup water

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

My notes on this recipe: This is perfect if your having any kind of sinus issue or cold. Great for immunity in general but definitely helps open things up! This ginger gives a bit of a kick and the lemon can be intense. Add more water if it’s too much for you or if you’d rather a gingerade.
