Maple Salmon with Zucchini spears

4- 4oz salmon filets

4 medium zucchini cut into Spears

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp mustard

2 tsp garlic salt


Place salmon and zucchini Spears on a lined baking sheet. Mix maple syrup and mustard together in a small box. Brush the salmon filets with the maple mixture until fully coated. Sprinkle garlic salt over the zucchini. Broil on high for 10 minutes then serve.

My notes on this recipe: This is a great high protein meal that’s fast and delicious!
