4 frozen salmon burgers
2 medium zucchini
2 medium yellow squash
4 burger buns
4 tsp mayo
1 tbsp garlic salt
1/4 cup water
Place salmon burgers on lined baking sheet and broil on high for 10 minutes then flip and cook another 10 minutes
Meanwhile slice zucchini and yellow squash into 1″ rounds. Heat a pan over medium high. Add the zucchini, yellow squash, water and garlic salt. Cover and bring to a boil then lower heat to simmer. Let steam until the burgers are cooked through.
Add 1 tsp mayo per burger and serve!
