Adobo Salmon and asparagus

Makes 4 servings

Carbs:47 fat:1 protein:26

Ingredients:

4 – 4oz salmon filets

1 cup rice

1 bundle asparagus

1 tbsp adobo seasoning

Instructions:

Cook rice as directed on package.

Meanwhile turn oven broiler on high.

Place salmon and asparagus on lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with adobo seasoning. Broil for five minutes on high then switch broiler to low and broil another 5-10 minutes

My notes on this recipe: you can use any seasoning your fond of. I just so happen to love adobo seasoning! This is a fast and healthy dinner option!
