1 ripe banana
2 large eggs
1/4 cup oatmeal (ground)
Butter to coat pan
Mash the banana, mix in the eggs and the ground oatmeal. Heat pan over medium heat, coat the pan with butter and pour in half the mixture. Flip when the edges get firm. Repeat
